These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PPmotion. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Services

PPmotion provides an AI-powered educational platform designed for educators and educational institutions. Our Services include:

• Smart Question Generation: AI-assisted creation of educational questions and assessments
• Homework Grading: Automated grading and analysis of student work
• Visual Learning Tools: Interactive 2D/3D geometry and visualization features
• Lesson Preparation: AI-assisted lesson planning and resource generation

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to create an account.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools based on your inputs is provided for your educational use. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Ensuring content meets your educational standards before use
• Any modifications or adaptations you make to generated content

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all User Content and any consequences of sharing or publishing it. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any User Content or AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by PPmotion or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use PPmotion's trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.

7. Payment and Subscription

Some features of our Services require payment. By purchasing a subscription or credits:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; continued use constitutes acceptance
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• Unused credits may expire according to plan terms

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We are not liable for any disruption or loss resulting from service unavailability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the Services will meet your requirements
• Warranties that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the Services

You use the Services at your own risk. Educational content generated by AI should be reviewed by qualified educators before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PPMOTION AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Damages resulting from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PPmotion and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services:

• If you violate these Terms
• If required by law
• For extended periods of inactivity
• For any other reason with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PPmotion regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
